"Justin, Cameron and Matt were extremely professional and friendly. Justin was great fitting me in last minute. Cameron and Matt came out and ended up working in the rain and dark! The only reason I knocked off one star was the "repair" they did on the squirrel damage. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part but I thought the damage would be fixed, when in fact they just put some metal sheeting over the hole. While the hole is closed up, I feel they basically put a band aid on my problem while I'll still have to hire someone to replace the wood, especially since the squirrel continues to chew on it. I do recommend Monumental Pest but I also advise you to be clear on any "repair" work they need to do."

At our 1st meeting with John, we inspected the yard & main floor, then went over our options for a plan to attack. We arranged for a year's worth of termite treatment/protection outside in our very wooded area and began treatment for the roaches covering the kitchen & bathrooms. That day he immediately treated the stump plus a colony of ants that we found outside [whether we would have signed up or not so that was a bonus]. The technicians have been very polite & professional; great communicating when they're arriving, how long the work takes, and explaining any info we need to know about the process. The major Actisol treatment greatly reduced the roach investation. The latest tech Donald sprayed and baited the kitchen again this week and says to just call until they're completely gone. It looks like we're down to the last generation of these invaders thanks to Senate."

We called Affordable Pest and they were very responsive to our needs. The technicians came out and treated the property and it has been great. I walked the property the evening after the treatment was completed and had no issues with mosquitos. We have now had a second treatment and the results have been fantastic. You can sit at the pool during the evening hours and not get devoured by the mosquitos.
