"Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. "Initially asked about a carpentry/stair railing project. However it became apparent that my 25ft bluestone walkway to the front door was in need of immediate replacement, and Toledo LLC and team handled the job beautifully, it's their specialty; this included completely removing faulty flagstones, removing an entire dump truck of existing cement, pouring new cement base, and replacing/installing a new walk with new stone, then replacing sheetrock on a wall adjacent to the walkway which had water damage due to the old faulty installation.
