The room started leaking not long after it was installed, and instead of taking responsibility, they’ve been quick to place blame on everything but their poor craftsmanship. They’ve pointed fingers at my roof, the nails, and even the shingles—completely unrelated issues—just to avoid admitting fault. To make matters worse, their responsiveness has been appalling. It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this kind of stress and disappointment on anyone."

"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage. He was very professional and arrived on schedule. It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place. He took pictures and notes. These proved to be exactly what we wanted! The process was not speedy. We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving.
