"My hot water heater suddenly went out right before hosting guests in my home. I received the owner Brian's information from a coworker so I reached out. Super nice guy, put me in touch with his receptionist. I think her name was Suavay (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very friendly, listened to all my needs and assured me I was in great hands- incredible personality even helped me laugh through the stress! Shay, the technician, another amazing one on their team, was very knowledgeable and professional-got my hot water heater installed and back running in minimal time! Awesome experience from beginning to end! | definitely recommend ACC for all your plumbing needs! Thanks for everything!"

We also have dedicated personnel who are available 24hrs a day to handle water emergencies, for example, no water in the house, damaged or faulty pumping systems, or contaminated or hindered water supply to the premises. We do all of our work in house, and do not subcontract. We offer free estimates and inspections and there is no charge for our visit to the house. We are a family owned and operated business and pride ourselves in a high level of integrity and professionalism.
"We called the Water Doctor after waking up with no water. We came to find that our pump needed replaced. A local competitor gave us a quote, we called to get a second quote. The Water Doctor cut that initial companies quote in half. They set up an appointment for the next morning, the well was fixed quickly and efficiently. Frank even fixed a potential future problem. So refreshing to find an honest local company that offers quality service. The Water Doctor will be our go to company from now on for well needs. Very professional and friendly service."

"Met January 6 and agreed on $3,500 to rough in 2 pedicure chairs and 2 sinks on a commercial property with a crawl space. Offered to pay up front or half, Tony Smith said it would be on completion. Seemed super on his game from day 1 constantly conferencing everyone in on phone calls, extremely impressed to say the least in the beginning. Was bragging and vouching for him when the subject of the nail salon came up. Unfortunately with higher expectation comes a greater fall. Agreed on a price and took until January 14 to get a quote. In the quote and per conversations, as a licensed plumber he would apply for the permit from Gaston County before we started. Called a few times in between and texted, no response. Other than a personal pet peeve to be ignored it’s completely unprofessional. It takes about 2 weeks for Gastonia to approve a permit so I’m thinking “any day now,” and setting up next steps to work on the property and when to order the $70,000 of material to put in the salon. Come to find out today, February 1, Tony Smith never even applied for a permit. Nearly a month later and wasted. Not sure what the issue was. We were happy to pay $3,500 considering it’s “pennies” compared to the overall investment. Will make a point to not recommend and not use for any future business."

A septic tank typically lasts 15 to 20 years, depending on the materials used, maintenance frequency, and soil conditions. Regular inspections, proper pumping, and careful water usage can extend its lifespan. Professional maintenance ensures your system remains efficient and helps prevent premature failure.
Your septic tank should be pumped every three to five years. In fact, the recommended interval for pumping is every three to five years, as this schedule effectively prevents the buildup of solids and maintains the system's performance. Factors such as household size, water usage, and the capacity of the tank can influence this interval. Adhering to a regular pumping schedule minimizes risks of backups and system overload, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of your septic system.
Your septic system shows signs of failing when you detect noticeable odors and unusual moisture or overly green patches in your yard. In essence, clear indications such as unpleasant smells, gurgling noises from the plumbing, and areas of excessive vegetation or saturation signal that the system may be compromised. Additional symptoms include slow drainage and standing water near the drain field. These warning signs require immediate professional evaluation to prevent severe damage or environmental hazards.
