Once the job was completed he was detailed in reminding me how long it would be before the fence could be painted because the wood is pressure treated and the paint would peel off if the wood hasn’t cured long enough, great information! Jason, Ryan, and their crew did an exceptional job at getting all of that work done, even when mother nature was against us. When getting quotes from various companies, Jason was also the only person to explain to me the importance of how much sunlight was needed to allow the Bermuda grass to flourish. We wound up having to remove 10 trees for this to happen, so I really appreciated his expertise when he initially came to inspect the area in question. Overall, we are more than happy with the quality of work and how transparent Jason was throughout the process. Going forward, I will definitely be using The GreenKeepers should another occasion arrive!"

Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.

Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet.
