The buyer had a FHA loan, and the FHA inspector required me to do an absurd amount of work to the house before the sale could go through. The folks at G&B were great. I kept throwing more and more work at them and they were always very helpful. In the end they did the following: -Scraped and painted exterior door and window frames. -Painted the cornice on the front of my house. -Reattached the flashing on my roof. -Installed a door to the crawlspace. -Repaired a rotten lintel in the crawlspace. -Vapor barrier-ed the crawlspace. -Took thermal images of the home to show that there were no leaks. Honestly I'm sure there is more but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. If it wasn't for their hard work and quick turn around times, I probably wouldn't have been able to close on the sale of my house when I did.
