"They were excellent. Very industrious. The had excellent time management. My project was completed in less time than expected. They had a pretty big job to do. Breaking down a 4 foot stone retainer walk. Restoring a small outdoor staircase. Paving a pretty long walkway and ripping out old railroad riders and building a stone retainer walk. Also they broke down a large concrete stair area and rebuilt it with papers and Belgium blocks. They did a lot of work and came in under schedule in time for me to be ready for Christmas. I am and will use them to restore my patio area and around the unground pool area. Very respectful excellent work ethic. Also they value was truly good a big bank for your buck. They did not price gauge me - they came worded did their job and within thr week they were completed. Quality work, quality supplies, quality craftsmanship. They also were able to show me some preexisting circumstances that needed to be addressed. They also practiced safety and were good in cleaning up the work site. The work they did was so admired by various neighbors- that the company have some new customers. A beautiful job and craftsmanship."

"Look no further for a Roofing contractor. You found he right guys. These words are cominbg from a Man who is suspicious of all contractors. I filled out Home Advisor on my computer and about 20 minutes later received a call from Edi Kroi. I was looking for an estimate and he came by my house within hours. (video) Edi is a no nonesence all business kind of guy. Very knowledgable in his field and gave me no presure to get things done. I was impressed with that. A few days later his vehicles pull up to get my roof done. Long story short, they pull up at 8:15 A.M. on a Tuesday and are done by 4:15 PM. They wasted no time. (Video) Tues. "I contacted Josh at C3 for a quote to prepare and build a flat, level, 18' by 14' base on a slope framed with 3 levels of 6 x 6 timbers to retain 3 individual layers of premium quality aggregate for superior drainage and soil stability. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. He and his crew were very professional and detailed in the work performed. Always on time and mindful of the surrounding work area and exceptionally detailed in their final cleanup of the site. "Top Rank actually cared to do the best job. We went from just replacing the steps to new roof, new siding, replacing lighting fixtures and doors and building a portico over the front entrance. John pointed out possible issues which were resolved quickly. Nick, who came by for the initial meeting had me at "I'm not a salesman, I will be here working on your steps." If you've ever done a remodel or construction before you know there will always be something uncovered, like rotted wood on your roof, chimney needs fixing...but with John's help all were solved. The clean up was fantastic. With all the nails used on all 6 sides of the house and roof, I found one nail in the yard. (We have a dog, so yes, I looked hard) I also believe the pricing was extremely fair. If it rained on Saturday (which it did) they were here on Sunday, really keeping the job on schedule. Obviously I can't say enough good things about them. Hire them, you won't be sorry."
