"Jarryl was prompt to come out and take a look at the job. He showed me the product, explained the engineering behind it and presented a short video that was excellent. I decided to go with him and am extremely pleased. His guys came out, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing left behind but some beautiful gutters that actually do look like crown molding for the outside. They were courteous, helpful and did their work in a timely manner. No more worry about clogged gutters or somebody climbing on a ladder to clean them. Awesome product and great customer service. I just walked around the house to see the finished product and it is fantastic. I love working with professionals to deliver exactly what you expect. Haven't seen them at work yet, but looking forward to walking out of the garage and not getting doused with water. (We didn't have ANY gutters there)."

"This is a belated review, given the work by McKay was completed in Nov 2019. I am living in Tennessee, and I needed my daughter roof repaired in Decatur. I could not do the work myself, so I relied on HomeAdvisor to connect me with potential contractors. After contacting several, McKay was the only one to call me back the same day (a Saturday). They were able to review the project and provide an estimate immediately. By Monday, they were onsite and took care of the issue. Without my asking, they took pictures and sent them to me to see the completed work. They also advised on a related issue, for which I approved additional work. It took several weeks before I could inspect the work in person, and I am very pleased. Great work, responsive, customer-focused, and in my opinion, their pricing was fair. If I need roofing work in the future, I will contact them without hesitation."
