"If I could give a negative 0 review I would... I checked the license online at it was not found! I really trusted these people and found out they are unprofessional and inexperienced! Due to water damage from my home (upstairs water flood from toilet) , I hired ServiceMaster and they seemed professional and nice at first. For part of the water damage repair, I needed to have the 2nd floor subfloor repaired/replaced and also demo to second floor master (shower/vanity/tub). Service master said they were licensed and that they had a license on their invoice(which was on their page) When they came to repair, The first day was demo and as they were demoing the shower, I heard and saw water leaking from my second floor to the first floor. Apparently they didn?t turn plumbing off during this time so they were not taking precautions. They didn?t even say sorry. They came down and liked and ceiling and smiled and didn?t say anything when I asked if everything was ok. When I took a look upstairs to see what water damage was going on up there they said they needed to fix plumbing because there was damage to plumbing in shower. They said This would be an additional charge and then they gave me extra a new invoice. The second day was supposed to be sub floor removal/repair and instead they were scrambling around. I asked if ever was ok they said yes and they were coming back next day. They were back doing the subfloor again....the subfloor was finally ?done? In there eyes and I noticed the sealing of subfloor was extra bouncy and stayed wet for 3 days and more. I was told by next contractor that was doing other repairs that sub floor should have been dried by now and it was not!"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. We had major damage front a backed up sewer line. They hired incompetent workers. The person who did the sheet rock and painting was horrible. He painted both bathrooms with the wrong paint (not paint to hold up to humidity). He had to repainted. It was the worst job I have ever seen with cutting in the sheet rock where the old & new came together. He left a huge bulging seam and came back 3 times but never was able to make it look like they were never here like they promised. The fraudulent part came when the showed me their invoice with OVER $15,000.00 of charges of things that they never did. Lindsey told me that this is the "game" they play with the insurance companies. They overcharge and the insurance companies come in with a low payout and then they negotiate. It turned out that my insurance carrier refused to play their game. Now they are suing me for the work that they did not do. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!"
