After an inspection he provided an estimate and started work on same day. Tree root issues were addressed and new valves and sprinkler heads installed in addition to new control box. He kept me informed all along the way and was very professional. Would definitely hire again."

Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
