Evandson was a true pleasure with whom to work, polite and communicative with every aspect of the project and a professional from start to finish. He worked alongside his team every day and when an issue was encountered, it was quickly addressed and resolved. He was completely accommodating when a material selection change was made and it never slowed the progress of the work. The team showed up on time, worked hard and completed the project quickly with no delays. The work site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the project. "I needed a gas dryer to be disconnected before delivery of a new dryer, but initially communicated the wrong date. Angel went out of his way to adjust his schedule on short notice to accommodate the new date. He was a very considerate and pleasant person to deal with, took great care to not make a mess, putting down towels to absorb any water when disconnecting the hoses, and left me with good advice for the new installation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Angel for any plumbing jobs. Pricing was also great."

"We are remodeling our kitchen from the studs up and wanted an architect to design our kitchen to make sure the new appliances, cabinets, flooring, lighting, large window, workstation sink, custom hood all went with each other and fit perfectly. We were referred to YDB by our contractor. Jamaal designed our kitchen. As with any remodeling we changed our mind a few times as we worked our way to a design we liked. Jamaal was patient with us as he went thru a few iterations of re-designing and re-renderings. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, has good ideas, and an eye for chic. YDB fees are also reasonable. We are waiting on our contractor to start the remodeling work and will post back when the install is complete on how everything came together."
