Evandson was a true pleasure with whom to work, polite and communicative with every aspect of the project and a professional from start to finish. He worked alongside his team every day and when an issue was encountered, it was quickly addressed and resolved. He was completely accommodating when a material selection change was made and it never slowed the progress of the work. The team showed up on time, worked hard and completed the project quickly with no delays. The work site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the project. Maria and her team do excellent work, work hard and fast, keep you informed and make dealing with the unforseen problems- changes- adds easy. She is a great communicator and project manager seeing to all work details including deliveries, local building requirements, and site cleanup and care. "We are remodeling our kitchen from the studs up and wanted an architect to design our kitchen to make sure the new appliances, cabinets, flooring, lighting, large window, workstation sink, custom hood all went with each other and fit perfectly. We were referred to YDB by our contractor. Jamaal designed our kitchen. As with any remodeling we changed our mind a few times as we worked our way to a design we liked. Jamaal was patient with us as he went thru a few iterations of re-designing and re-renderings. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, has good ideas, and an eye for chic. YDB fees are also reasonable. We are waiting on our contractor to start the remodeling work and will post back when the install is complete on how everything came together."

"Eli and his crew did a remodel to 2 bathrooms and kitchen - they got started quickly and in an amazingly fast amount of time, transformed all 3 spaces in 7 weeks. We have an awkward long skinny kitchen and they not only made it look great it also looks spacious with even more cabinet space! Same story for the bathrooms with an amazing shower stall! His people were very nice and they all are super easy to work with."
