"Horrible service. Although the product defects do not reflect the company, the follow up and customer service were HORRIBLE! The owner, Donald, accused me of "squeaking" because I questioned things. Also, I was accused of having them come out to my house for NO Reason! I spent about $12,000.00 for mini splits and a hybrid hot water heater in the fall of 2022. Sensors have repeatedly been defective on the mini splits. Once again, not the owner's fault, HOWEVER, POOR follow up. Then the annual cleaning was due and I was quoted a price. Upon completion, I was charged $60.00 MORE for the can of cleaner! That should have been part of the original quote, as my husband had been diagnosed with a terminal illness since all this and we are on a fixed budget! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! As of this review, I have been told that I will be refunded the $60.00 for the can of cleaner........holding my breath!"

"I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. When I asked them to came and fix a problem which was also don by the company they simply said to me Goodby , we do not care about it à ¢à  à  please didnà ¢à  à  t trust this people you can call me and ask me about the horrible damage they did to my house 203-243-0946 . The drain system was not install correctly and now I have pay almost the amount I paid for their job"

My name is Tom Mull of Mull Bros. Oil, a family-owned heating and cooling company in Wethersfield, Connecticut, where I was born and raised. There’s no doubt that you have seen many changes with the heating oil industry in the past decade or so. While many companies have given up or, out of desperation, have changed their business philosophies, we intend to be here for a long time. As a matter of fact, we’ve been around for over 60 years. My father, Bill Mull, started this company in 1945. At a time when stove-oil was in great demand and #2 fuel was being introduced as a home-heating fuel, Bill decided to get in to the delivery business. In the early 1950’s many oil burners were being installed on coal furnaces. "DO NOT hire Jose to do any work in your home! Had him work on a couple things in my new house. He did not start on the agreed upon date. Showed up late eveyday. And didnt show up at all some days. He installed tub/shower valve BACKWARDS and he left it leaking. Had to hire plummer to fix. His work is horrible. Please save your self time and money and stay away from JJ restoration. He did not finish painting either and was sloppy with the work he did get done. He was always leaving and coming back. Oh and HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE!! Beware please!!"
