He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. "Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"

"There were many projects to be completed at my deceased mother's house. Because I am disabled and not able to get to the property, I couldn't see how badly I was taken advantage of. Not only did I pay for a job they did not do, I also paid for another job that is unfinished, plus a french drain that is causing a sink hole, and the buried equipment is now above ground. All 3 of these projects pose safety risks. The french drain collapse is only 6 months after installation. After bringing these issues to the owners attention (the unfinished project I'd requested be completed for months), the owner began ignoring me. When I mentioned that litigation was going to move forward, the owner said he'd look at the work that week then blew me off again. When they actually do work, Golden Hill's quality of work is awful. Be prepared to pay someone else to fix the work, if they even do it."
