"I had places on my roof where shingles were torn off, nails popped or singles were loose due to a high wind storm that recently occurred. I called Ashburn Roofing and they responded that morning and quickly repaired the damage. Jose did a fantastic job. He assessed the damage, gave me a fair price and quickly got to work. The roof repair was completed in a minimum amount of time. He also responded quickly again when some shingles came loose again in the next storm. I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Jose has, ability to provide excellent Customer service, accurate and in-depth insight of my roof’s condition and his being ability to provide a very rapid solution to my roofing problem. A slate roof is made of thin, even slices of natural slate stone laid over the roof frame and base layer. Slate is a hard, durable rock formed over millions of years from clay and volcanic ash under extreme pressure deep within the earth.
