"Tony, and his men were excellent in every respect. 5 LARGE oaks/pruned superbly, used crane to take large limbs away from roof/I felt confident in "safe" work & 1 completely removed(stump grind), now....I'll put grass in!!! Covered all areas of lawn when driving equipment on property grass; clean-up....you would never have known they were here......immaculate. Professional, courteous, prompt, and focused on there work, office sent insurance voucher as soon as I booked the work. Price great for all the work done....and their attention to all details of preparation, safety, and clean-up was wonderful...choose them!!!!"

"They came when they said they would and looked carefully at the two tress that had damaged limbs. Elivon pointed out more twisting damage than I had noticed and suggested that those limbs be removed for the health of the tree. They then carefully removed the very large broken trunk that had come down in the strong winds and cleaned up every bit of the tree remains, down to twigs that had to be raked up. Then one man took the leaf blower and tidied up all the leaves that had fallen during the winter. While some crew members then fed into the chipper all the broken branches from along the driveway, others went all along our stone wall and picked up all the broken pine branches that had come down in the big winds and ground them. This was way more than I had contracted for, and I had the feeling that I was being cared for, not just having work done. And they were the lowest bidder. I recommend S1Tree service with enthusiasm. What a positive experience!!"

"Marquis Tree Service was great from start to finish on this big job. John Marquis came out to scope the work, calculated the price on the spot, and tagged the trees that needed to be removed. A few trees were within the wetland buffer zone, so John wrote an excellent, detailed letter to our Conservation Commission to get approval for the removal. I had to be out of town the day they were scheduled to take down the 13 tall pines near our house, and I was worried about not being there to deal with issues, but John assured me all would be well. He called me that morning before they started the job, called me during the job to discuss taking down one more tree that hadn't been tagged initially, and confirmed when the work was done. I expected some damage to the lawn or driveway, but when I got home the only evidence that the crews had been there was the missing trees. I've used two other tree services over the past 20 years, and Marquis wins. They have the right equipment for the biggest jobs, the office staff is responsive, the crews work carefully and efficiently, the owner knows his stuff (he holds degrees in forestry and is a certified arborist), and (surprisingly) their price was competitive. I'd trust them with the biggest/trickiest jobs."

"20+ years ago Shaun done a great job and cut down couple trees for me. It was long time ago, a time without Angi. Now in May 2023, he done another good job for me by cutting done 1 tree. Good communication, quick response, good price. I wasn’t at home when they performed the work.Everything done right as I expected a good Contractor would do. "I cannot say enough positive things about Palmer Tree Service. Their response time was immediate when I contacted them for a quote, and Gustavo was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out. Their quote was BY FAR the best out of three other companies, and their work was top-notch and worth every penny. We had a huge hemlock completely taken down, along with two other mature trees thinned out- none of which were easy to access with heavy equipment. The arborists were obviously masters at their job and amazing to watch, as much of it was done by hand. After the job was done, they cleaned up every last log and piece of sawdust; you couldn't tell they were ever there. I would give 10 stars if I could... and I am a very critical person!"
