"I own a small commercial strip mall. They have upgraded all my electrical circuit panels and the wiring as well as the fixtures. They have added additional lighting for several tenants and after we replaced the roof they added the exterior lighting to really brighten up the surroundings of the building for greater security and visibility all with led lights for energy efficiency. Now they are adding power to a new rock pile sign for the strip mall and tenants. Reasonable prices, professional quality, but the reason we keep hiring them is the customer service is top notch."

"JD and Beryl were my technician electricians dynamic duo that West Houston Electric sent over for my project; and what a great experience! JD crushed it with job knowledge and you could tell he had a passion for his trade. He did the majority of the work up to figure out the best way to get my hybrid inverter hooked up to get me mostly off grid. Great communication and they took the time to come bring me out during parts of the job to verify and educate me on some of the things they were doing. They kept the job site clean and even helped me with a couple pointers since I was doing the rest of the Solar and Battery wiring myself. They offered a subscription that kinda combines a warranty plus a discount on the jobs, plus a couple extra home inspection items. I doubt I will keep it after the first year but it is nice to know my first year is covered. I'll certainly keep this company in mind for any future jobs that are over my head."

"Absolute waste of time and money. I scheduled a very simple job - replace two exterior wall sconces (porch lights) with two new ones. The old ones work fine, we just want to update the look. Scheduled service for a date and time and acknowledged there is a $69 service/trip fee which is waived if you have them do the work; no problem. They even called day-of to see if tech could come out earlier than scheduled, which worked fine. When tech arrived, I explained the very straightforward job I wanted done. He looked over the new parts, and I thought we'd be good to go. Then he said that before he did anything he had to do a "safety inspection." An hour later he quoted me a multi-thousand dollar bid to replace all sorts of equipment I had no interest in replacing. And the simple job, if he did just that, would be over $550. I declined, and so it cost me $69 to have no work done and waste my time. I will either do this myself or find a local handyman. Avoid this company like the plague."
