The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I paid the deposit and Ashley called to arrange time to do the work. She said it would be painting only. I told her again that the drywall needs replacing and she hung up and talked to Vince. She called back and said the quote included “mudding and painting.” I asked how they planned to “mud” crumbling drywall. She said they would just mud over the damages. I asked for my deposit back so I could find a reputable company."
