"Yesterday Garry (GS Painting) replaced my front and back entrance door hardware, corrected a problem with mold in my skylights, and touched up some smudges in the paint on my interior walls so that they look new again. Once again I had an extremely positive experience with GS Painting. Whenever I need help with painting, carpentry, fixup, or general maintenance, Garry is the first and ONLY person I call. Not only is he reliable and very professional, but he does top quality work in whatever I ask him to do. I have used him 3 or 4 times since being fortunate enough to have found him on Angi several years ago, and he NEVER DISAPPOINTS. He is knowledgeable and resourceful, always figuring out the best way to solve a problem. He is thorough and does not take shortcuts in order to finish the job--he stays with even the most challenging of tasks. He takes great care and pride in his work, and rightfully so. His prices are competitive and in my opinion actually under market prices in light of the top notch quality of his work. "I had a crack in my stucco and some rockwork. Robs AI Stucco took down the rockwork (per my request) and stuccoed in that part. I also had them paint my whole house. The work was done very quickly, and it looks good. Rob was very good at communicating."

"He has excellent painting skills. However, he does not take constructive feedback well at all. He painted the front porch in a completely different color than agreed upon. Then became angry when it was brought to his attention and he had to re-redo that area. Also, he painted the doors leading to the back porch while they were closed. So when you open the doors the old color was still visible. When this was brought to his attention, he simply ignored it and left without fixing his work. A great painter, but poor professionalism."

"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."
