I, Roy Lowrimore would never want them back, but they also did my Mom’s the same day and hers was just as bad. July 5th was the day they were to come at 12pm they called me after 12pm and still hadn,’t left florence sc. when they got here they barely stayed an hour to do my home,left the water hose loose, left trash in the yard. I want my carpet redone by someone else not that team, and so does my Moma, Sylvia Stone. Please report this to the florence stanley steamer we have called they said they would call back but we have not received any calls back, this needs to be made right."

Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies.
