This would be a significant project so we researched numerous companies and received many recommendations. Sierra Vista Roofing was suggested to us several times by different contacts. We got bid descriptions for Sierra Vista and two other companies and decided to move forward with Sierra Vista. The work was recently completed and we are pleased with the results. Three areas where Sierra Roofing stood out in particular: 1. Very knowledgeable about their craft. Jose spent time reviewing the various material options and approaches for replacing the roof. Sierra Vista strives to ensure its customers are informed to decide what solution best serves the customerâ s needs. 2. Fair pricing and value - Their quote was very competitive. Sierra Vista was also attentive to the details, like matching the paint and installing new tiles in the same section of the roof to minimize a patchwork pattern. 3. Outstanding communication. Jose provided a clear schedule, the crew started promptly as committed, and there were frequent updates of the progress. In summary, I highly recommend Sierra Roofing for anyone with roofing needs."

"Scott Lynn was paid $12k cash to replace my roof. He was advised upfront that the previous owner had just place a second layer of shingles on top of the old roof so my home owners insurance no longer would cover the roof. After signing the contract Scott Lynn came back and said upon inspection I would need to pay an additional $4k for the second layer that needed to be removed. This was the concern that prompted me to have my roof redone. I told him that prior to his "inspection" that was nothing more than him setting up to climb up and back down. As a homeowner telling you upfront the reason my roof needed to be replaced, for him to come back and say it was over looked during his inspection? I later found out her did not even run the contract through his company. I called the office manager she advised me there was no record of my address on the contract on file. So the 30 year warranty the was in the contract was void. He later admitted to pocketing the cash and lost it all with his mutual business partner (Owner) Teri Morris at the casino. His approach to save me money by paying cash was just so he could pocket the money. Unethical and i'm sure i'm not the only one that was sold a warranty roof, in which case was never warranty so he could pocket the cash. I would not recommend doing business with this company and if you already have call there office provide your address if they have no record of the job, you probably fell victim too. June of this year i received a deceptive email stating after almost a year after having my roof replaced by this unethical company what was said to be al confirmation of the warranty. i contacted there main office as well as the supplier. The owner Teri emailed me and it is not a valid warranty. I paid in cash for a "deal" confirmation again the money was just pocketed by scott and teri and not ran through the companies books. I'm now seeking litigation. No one returns my calls I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. To send me a fake warranty that hold no value. Then to think after all the hassle i wouldn't go back to verify it's valid. Is an insult to my intelligence scott lynn and teri morris do not know how to run an ethical professional business. They scan homeowners pocket money for person gains. Sad! I will update this review as time goes on. I've witness heard and seen enough this could potentially go as far as a class action lawsuit. I'm not the only victim!"

"One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brotherâ s Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to "known" brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!"
