He came to the house, diagnosed the situation and recommended a heat pump to take advantage of our solar panels. John and his crew showed up the next Monday and completed the job in two days. John and his crew were very knowledgeable and efficient. They covered all furniture and floors and cleaned up after completion of the job. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
