We removed a fireplace and he was able to perfectly in-fill the hole in our existing 3/4inch red oak left by the chimney. Like can't see where the replacement is. With other companies they include it in their cost. So I would never know how much money I had spent on flooring materials and do not really see or feel the materials. With Dmytro he took me to his wholesaler and let me know which floors are good and which are not ( ie cheap floors and non cheap floors). "Jesus did an outstanding job to a floor that had many deep set stains to the wood. He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. He has fair pricing and works well with the property owners who are out of state and a local realtor during every stage of the work. Here are some photos showing the finished product.
