"My whirlpool refrigerator stopped working, I called whirlpool warranty and they advised me it would be at least a week before anyone could come out, I then called Frost Appliance that is a local repair company and after several calls and no shows, I called my daughter in law who called home advisor and they recommended Loe's Appliance. It had to be one of the best repair experiences of my life, the technician called me and came on the same day and repaired my refrigerator. The customer service was outstanding and the technician was the best. I have already referred Loe's appliance and AC repair to several of my neighbors and I will definitely use them again. I used to use Angie's list but didn't have very good experiences, this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you home advisor and Loe's Appliance for turning a repair into a pleasant experience."
