Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."

He also did a bunch of other little projects in various rooms in the house. He was reasonable and carefully explained what he had to do and what he needed to do. It took a few days to finish, but that is because he did a careful job and made sure everything set before coming back. He does not do painting, but can recommend if needed. He was local to the area, so it was convenient for both parties."
