"What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."

"I am rewriting my review which will supersede the previous one. it was unfair on my part to write a review before i consulted window concepts about my concerns and I apologize for that. window concepts pointed out to me that they would never leave a job unfinished regarding the caulking issue. it made sense. regarding the gouge in the window frame, window concepts assured me it would be taken care of. my apologies goes out to window concepts for not consulting with them before I wrote the review. we absolutely love our new windows!"
