"At first, Kent was responsive - i.e. looking to stop by our home, assess our situation, and give us a bid. Unfortunately, he seemed reticent to set up an appointment - he'd say "I can meet you at 10 a.m. tomorrow" - even though I work downtown and it's hard for me to drop everything and drive back to Mequon, WI. Attempts to text him on his i-phone yielded no responses and he never returned my last voice mail and email through Angie's list as I made one last attempt to make an appointment. After I sent a final note via angie's list indicating that I was going with another vendor, i received a call from his wife/partner - at that point, it was too little, too late. I'm sure he's good at what he does, and he seems like a nice man, but Kent showed little respect for my time and didn't seem to want my business. My advice going forward is that, be upfront if you're too busy and politely decline. Otherwise, work around your potential customer's schedule, not yours."

We are a company that specializes in offering glass related products.
"I needed the 8' x 5' double pane picture window replaced after the original unit cracked and compromised the seal leading to irreversible misting. The unit had probably been installed in the 60's. I had no desire to replace the entire window (which also included 2 fold out lower windows) with a modern window. Les's Glass was quite happy to replace just the sealed unit and I received no up sell pressure. Throughout the process, I was very happy with the interaction with Les's Glass including the initial contact, measurement appointment and, finally, installation. The work was completed professionally and in the specified time-frame. All representatives of the company were easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company."

6 EMPLOYEES. USES SUBS FOR SOME LABOR. COST IS DETERMINED BY THE JOB. TRAVEL CHARGES APPLY FOR SOME DELIVERIES.
"Terrible! The owner John told me it would take two days and he would call when done. After 5 days I called and no answer. I went in and was told that my window was accidentally given to another customer and he didn't have a number for them and no way to get hold of them. It has been almost two weeks and I am the one that has to follow up as the owner never called me with any update. I still do not have my window and it is now November and I have a second story window with no storm. Terrible service, incompetent and not reliable at all!"

Additional contact information: (262) 781-7559. Services do NOT include: Additions, commercial or multifamily dwellings, any building other than single family homes, repairs or small projects unless a substantial bathroom or kitchen project is also taking place, homes without driveways large enough to park a 26 foot long truck or without a garage for product & material storage during installation, Minimum kitchen jobs require all counters and preferably all cabinets. Minimum bathroom job requires entire tub or shower area, vanity top, and the flooring in that room.
"This is my 2nd remodel with Bath and Kitchen Specialist, Inc. The first job was the bathroom and the 2nd job was the kitchen. Carol had everything covered so there were no unexpected expense. Dan and Mason were extremely professional, and very efficient. They were on time every day. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up."

A frameless shower door is made of thick tempered glass and attached directly to the shower wall using hinges or clips (without a metal frame). This design offers a clean, modern look, making the bathroom appear larger and more open. Frameless doors are more expensive than framed ones, but they are easier to clean and have fewer hardware components where mold and mildew can grow.
Rain glass costs $125 to $200 more than clear glass. It offers benefits like hiding stains and water spots and reducing the need for frequent cleaning. The textured surface diffuses light and provides additional privacy, making it ideal for those who want brightness and discretion in their shower space
Euro-style shower doors cost between $300 and $3,300. These frameless doors feature minimal hardware and a sleek design that makes the glass appear almost invisible. While more expensive than other options, they are ideal for small spaces, making the room feel larger and more modern.
To measure for a new frameless shower door, you'll need to take two key measurements:
The vertical opening height along both sides of the shower entrance
The horizontal opening width at the top, middle, and bottom of the shower opening
Accurate measurements are crucial for frameless doors since they are often custom-made. Hiring a professional can help ensure precise measurements and a smooth installation.
Installing a glass block wall in your bathroom costs about $750 on average, with a range between $550 and $1,300. In addition to being durable and low-maintenance, glass walls are an economical way to allow natural light into your bathroom without sacrificing privacy.
Shower door glass should be at least 3/8 inch thick to ensure safety and durability. Thicker glass, such as 1/2 inch, is often used for frameless shower doors to provide additional stability without the support of a frame. Using glass thinner than 3/8 inch increases the risk of shattering if the door is closed forcefully or impacted. Choosing the appropriate thickness ensures a sturdy and long-lasting shower door.
