"Carman and his crew did a spectacular job upgrading our old knob and tube panel with 200 amp service. He is punctual and professional, and he stuck by the price he quoted. He showed flexibility when I expanded the job to remove the active knob and tube in the basement and wrapped up both jobs on time. He’s thorough, writing down notes of the work during walkthroughs so as not to miss details. He listened to everything we said we needed and made recommendations. I cannot recommend his services enough, and with all the work required for our home, I will be hiring him for work in the future."

"The AirCo Job started off badly, however it ended well due to Steve's, (AirCo's owner) I was converting from oil to gas heat. The existing unit was ducted through an existing "lined" brick chimney. However, the building inspector failed the installation because the existing water heaters for all the condo units were improperly connected to the liner. Steve, knowing I had a 4 month old child at home in the middle of winter, now with out heat or hot water because the inspector turned off the gas, reconnected all the water heaters and the our heater free of charge. He did this on a Sunday!! Steve treated us well and went beyond his duty."

"Wayne and 128 were outstanding through the entire process. I greatly appreciated Wayne's attention to detail, walking me through process from start to finish, and treating our home with care. I highly recommend Wayne and 128 and look forward to using them for future projects. My ductless mini split system is top notch."

"We needed our outside motion detector light replaced because outdoor fixtures and salt air arenâ t friends. We scheduled service with Cranney and an electrician named Alex came, got right to work, double checked everything, and helped us out by identifying the breaker it was on (I had no clue) for future reference. He even took away the old fixture and box. Cranney in general provides efficient and friendly service which is why we use them. Today was no exception!"
