They offered suggestions & my preferences before proceeding. They replaced a small deck off my back door adding more stairs ( shallower steps) for ease of going up and down being sensitive to my needs. Added a prettier design. This was just one of many repairs. My house feels stronger, safer, warmer and ready to meet the winter weather. I could go on but feel you get that I highly recommend summerlin ext solutions."
