"Bill responded to my request within a few hours. I sent him pictures of my kitchen floor and stairs. Quoted me a price from the pics. We were on a time schedule and he was able to do the job within that time. Bill came to our house with his man Bakari. Bill had hurt his neck and wasn't able to work but did get all the supplies. Bakari was a one man show. He got to our house around 7:30 am and worked until around 6:00 pm. He did an amazing job on our old pine floors and stairs. Thanks Bill and thanks Bakari, we will definitely be using your services again. We had Bill come back to put two semi gloss coats over the satin finish we originally went with.
