"We are so happy we selected the Water Heater Company to replace our leaking water heater. Although we received a few lower quotes from other companies, we opted to go with the company that specialized in Water Heaters. We were right to do so! Customer Service was great - from the first phone call through the end of the job. When our Technician Scotty arrived, he patiently and succinctly explained everything to us clearly, answering questions, underscoring safety features, and ensuring we understood exactly what was going to be done (and why) prior to our giving the final thumbs up to move forward. (YAY!) and made certain to bring everything up to code. (We've had to replace our water heaters twice in the past and they were apparently not up to code.) Scotty made everything look much nicer too! Thank you, Scotty. You are awesome! Paperwork, including photos, were sent to us digitally. I was amazed that the paperwork included before & after photos as well as a Home Analysis. WOW!
