"We purchased a property that had been abandoned for about 25 years. It needed everything. We had a huge variety of contractors come out and provide estimates for everything. We had to start with the Foundation and roof first and chose the Muncey Team for our roofing project. They were so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable…we asked them to look at all the other projects needed to make the home ready for move in. We needed to gut everything, move walls, insulate, drywall, paint, replace & add new windows and doors, replace water damaged subfloor, and install all the finishing things that make a home a home—everything you can imagine. It’s important to note that we wanted all of this done in less than 3 months on a 2440 sqft very scary looking house— so we could be in by Christmas, and on a pretty tight budget. The Muncey team not only kept us involved throughout the process—- helping us determine what was essential and what could be put-off, or completed ourselves— but they were able to complete everything we needed to move-in November, and we were able to host family in our new home for Christmas. They did a beautiful job bringing our dream-home to life. We always receive compliments from visitors— and most importantly, we love living in our new home. We are so grateful to the Muncey’s for all their hard work and the beautiful home we now get to enjoy. We’ve lived in it now just over a year and have had no problems with any of the work they did outside of a tiny leak from our sink drain our first month in— and they came back out the same day we called to fix it (no problems since). The workers were very courteous, and friendly, worked almost silently and very efficiently. Not a lot of talk, each man knew what to do, and worked together as a well run team.
