For those clients we provide fee-based construction management consulting services to schedule, manage (on-site), and review all the work that our clients choose to have us handle for the project. We connect and contract our clients with our seasoned collection of licensed and insured tradesmen and subcontractors (and our own in-house carpenters) that will provide each of their fixed price costs. Alternatively, some of our clients prefer to have their project built using a typical fixed-price general contractor (GC) approach to construction.
