East TN Trades came out immediately to take a look at the scope of work, and I had a quote in my inbox within just a few business hours (not days). After receiving several previous outlandishly priced quotes from other impersonal contractors, I was excited to be given a very reasonable and exceptionally detailed quote by ETT. Our experience with ETT was unlike any I have every experienced with a contractor.
