"To whom it may concern at Green Mango, Calling your company has been so unpleasant! I don’t need to hear your marketing messages... nor the clicking musak when on hold... I was trying to return the call to Jessica... who left a voicemail to call her and press extension 5; but, when calling your number, (480) 717-8174, there is NO option for extension 5! I finally reached Jessica after being disconnected once and on-hold for 35 minutes! My experience of Jessica, an alleged manager, was that she was concerned about her personal family issues and should not have been at work. She did a lousy job of addressing my concerns, interrupting me, antagonizing me, repeating what “should” be, even though I was trying to tell her that what she said “should have been done” wasn’t what had been done. In my opinion, she never addressed my concerns and kept deflecting responsibility to IT or something or someone else. I also don’t need your company to offer a “free termite inspection” only to try and upsell me more of your services and use scare tactics, saying there is activity when there isn’t!!! Shame on you for that! I believe you have overcharged me and I ask for a refund. On 11/21/2023, you charged me $712.50 for the lot size of 12,000 sq. ft; but you NEVER sprayed the lot nor near the fences; I observed you spraying only around the 1,954 sq. ft. house, never on the rest of the lot for which you charged me! Finally, my prepaid contract ends November 21, 2024. Jessica told me I was scheduled for a last treatment on November 11, 2024. Since I paid up until November 21, 2024, do service my property until the end of my prepaid contract November 21, 2024. THEN, do cancel my contract. I am NOT renewing service with your company or your new owner. I have been stressed out and disappointed with your customer service, and with your alleged “free termite inspection” that was an excuse to upsell and a tactic to scare. The only thing I have appreciated is the Technicians (other than your alleged termite specialist) who have actually serviced my property—they were courteous and responsive. Owner"

"I am writing to share my deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Pest Wildlife Control, a service that promised much but delivered nothing but incompetence and negligence. My encounter with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about the appalling service they provide. Firstly, the salesperson who initially visited my property to assess the services I required was shockingly unprofessional. Despite assuring me of a comprehensive attic sanitization treatment, the reality was far from what was promised. I was instructed to vacate my home for two hours during the treatment, only to find out later that the solution provided was grossly inadequate. The service representative who followed brought a small bottle of solution, clearly insufficient to cover the entire attic, and did not even bother to wear a mask during application. The minimal amount of solution used was so ineffective that there was no discernible difference in the house's odor afterward. It was a complete waste of time and money. Furthermore, the sales rep made lofty promises about installing a one-way exit door to prevent roof rats from re-entering my home. However, the service rep who arrived the next day seemed completely oblivious to this commitment. Instead of a professional solution, I was presented with a makeshift contraption—a flimsy tube crudely fashioned out of galvanized steel—hastily shoved into the dryer exhaust port on the roof. It was painfully evident that this makeshift device was never intended to be effective, leaving me feeling utterly duped and frustrated. Moreover, despite promises of installing a stronger alternative to galvanized steel mesh, the service rep simply rearranged our existing mesh, leaving larger openings than before and failing to reassemble some of the roof caps properly. To add insult to injury, I even discovered one of our mesh caps abandoned on the roof, as if forgotten after their shoddy service. Essentially, their pest control method offered nothing new or effective beyond what we had already implemented. To make matters worse, the service rep left a dead mouse on my dryer and neglected to remove it, adding insult to injury and highlighting their utter lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The final straw was the exorbitant cost of $1,476 for a service that amounted to little more than making holes in my roof, sprinkling a bit of air freshener in the attic, and leaving behind a dead rodent. It felt like a blatant scam, preying on unsuspecting customers like myself, especially the elderly. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Best Pest Wildlife Control to anyone. Their deceptive sales tactics, shoddy workmanship, and abysmal customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs."

"Got a call from our pool guy saying there was a snake in our skimmer, and would not service the pool til it was gone! Since we’re away for awhile I had to get someone quick. Called several places including Angi list . Most places said it would be next week before they could get out. Then Jeff from Pigeon experts called and came out that afternoon and re homed our little reptile to a place more suited for a snake. He explained his pricing ahead of time and stuck to that amount. He was professional to work with and was in and out in just a couple of minutes. What a relief to have this issue easily dealt with. I would definitely use this company again!"
