He showed flexibility when I expanded the job to remove the active knob and tube in the basement and wrapped up both jobs on time. He’s thorough, writing down notes of the work during walkthroughs so as not to miss details. He listened to everything we said we needed and made recommendations. "This was a home run for Cornerstone! Incredible service from start to finish! This was a complete Central AC install including installing all new ductwork. Andy & Britt were incredible. They were on time every day, and very personable. The job they did was great but I also appreciated how it looked. They took the time to tie up all the duct tubes so it was tidy and clean looking in the attic. This was a multi-day install, and there was constant communication on the schedule so I always knew when to expect them. The 2 electricians - Rick & Jeremy were the same. Very relatable and personable, on time and professional. They took care of the electrical install and also tidied up some other wiring. Front office was very professional and courteous, and consistently checking in on the job. Incredibly blown away by the amazing job the entire company did! I would recommend them 1000 times over! "Buck and Wayne installed a mini split heating and cooling system in an attic bedroom/bath. The space was very tight and it took a lot of expertise and creativity on their part to hide all the piping. The outside unit mounted on the back of the house above a porch is a lot more visible than I thought it would be but they did everything they could to make it less intrusive. They arrived before 8 am and had to work outside in some bitter temperatures to install the outdoor unit. At the end of the day, Buck and Wayne took time to made sure that I knew how to operate the unit and that I could call if I had questions. I did a walk-through after they left and the rooms including the attic storage space were spotless. I would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling work you are considering."
