"Luis (owner) came out to do the quote on my home. I was looking for tile removal and install in all hall ways, entry way, kitchen and living room. When he was completing the quote, he was very informative on what was going on the quote, and what to expect during the process. We chose to go with his company due to his friendly and professional manner, as well as the reasonable costs. On the first day of the job, Luis and his crew showed up on time, and Luis took the time to go over the project once again. In fact everyday before they started he would let me know what they were going to get done that day, and in the evening we would walk around and review what had been done that day. He always answered any questions that I had. I work from home, so knowing what to expect each day was a great assets to me. Also since I work from home, Luis was able to accommodate when sections of the house would be worked. This made it easier to not only be able to get in and out of the house while the work was in progress, but to know when I could schedule work calls. The job was completed within the time frame that was set. His crew was professional, polite and, hard working, and they did a great job! I would definitely use Luis again, and will (and have) recommended him to friends and family."

"It's hard to find an honest contractor who will do what they say, but these guys hit a home run. They did exactly what they said they would do, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They did such a good job on the floors that I gave hired them to install the baseboards as well. Their might be cheaper companies out there, but you definitely get what you pay for. They are one of the very few companies in Tarrant county that has the dustless tile removal. While not exactly 100% dustless, it was like 98% and that was definitely worth spending the e tea money."

"I used Jose Palacios for engineered flooring repairs. Jose was very professional and came to my home to give me an estimate. We agreed upon a price and the date the floors would be repaired. He and his workers arrived on time and started to work immediately. They took out the damaged planks and scraped the floors and got all the glue off and then put new glue down and put the new boards in. Then he cleaned all the adhesive off that came up. He then put wood putty in the seams where he replaced the boards. He cleaned up thoroughly and the final step was to put down weights on the replaced boards. I highly recommend Palacios Flooring and will use them again for any future hardwood flooring projects that come up. Thank you Jose for the professional repair! "They did an amazing job!! I needed carpet replacement in my bedroom. They were super responsive and answered all my questions on phone. Antonio sent me the carpet pictures on phone and I picked the one closest to my old carpet. I am super happy to see that it is almost the same color and as my old carpet and you can not tell the difference. I also needed them to come in late afternoon or early evening . Antonio said that was not a problem. I asked them to come at 6pm and they were here on time. His prices are very reasonable and his work is amazing.
