"While interviewing several highly recommended vendors, John Sr. and Junior of John's A/C gave us an estimate on a Trane XV18 system that was well in line cost-wise with what I expected to pay after extensive research on-line and talking with friends in the industry back home in Virginia. We awarded the job based on their pricing and customer friendliness. The actual removal of the old system and installation of the new system was done quickly and professionally by two very polite, outgoing and obviously competent technicians who took great pride in how they did their work. Toward the end of the job the owner came and inspected their work and seemed as impressed as I was with how neat and streamlined the new unit looked and especially how well the copper lines going from the air handler unit out to the compressor unit were done. The crew made sure the installation area, inside and out, was spotlessly cleaned. There is a lot of high tech in the XV18 model we bought, but the crew made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the controller unit and its programming before they left for the day. All in all, I can't say enough good things about our new relationship with John's A/C. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new A/C system, or looking for someone better to take care of your existing equipment."
