"He has excellent painting skills. However, he does not take constructive feedback well at all. He painted the front porch in a completely different color than agreed upon. Then became angry when it was brought to his attention and he had to re-redo that area. Also, he painted the doors leading to the back porch while they were closed. So when you open the doors the old color was still visible. When this was brought to his attention, he simply ignored it and left without fixing his work. A great painter, but poor professionalism."

"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."
