"Owner Sergio called to cancel the initial appointment and reschedule until the next day. But he never showed up and didn't call. I called on three separate days before I reached his wife who told me he gets very busy and probably forgot. I explained that if she hadn't answered the phone, I was going to post my complaints about the poor service. She said he would be out at 5:30 PM the same day. I was satisfied until Sergio called irate and yelled that I could post all the complaints I wanted. Then he hung up on me. He may do decent work, but if you're looking for someone polite, reliable and professional, don't count on it from Sergio."
