"The technician, Jey, showed up early on Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem quickly. Bad compressor on refrigerator. I didnâ t expect him to be back the same day, but he was able to get the new compressor and install it later in the afternoon. The refrigerator works again! Customer Service has been outstanding as well. Overall a great experience."

"Refrigerator had major ice build up and was not cooling properly. Good communication by the Pro from first contact. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and then left to get the needed parts. His price for the parts was better than online sellers and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. Overall, with parts and labor it was almost $500.00, but a new fridge would have been almost $3000.00. Cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend and use again."
