"To make the project of painting the whole house interior less complicated, I requested that everything was to be sprayed with an off-white, satin sheen paint. Using the quote as a guide: 1) All areas not to be painted, such as floors, were to be covered. However, some large areas were not covered and we are still trying to get the paint out of the tile grout. 2) The preparations were to include filling holes, and the surfaces were to be cleaned. However many of the holes and wall imperfections were just painted over and the surfaces were never cleaned. 3) THE PAINT WAS TO BE SHERWIN WILLIAMS "SUPERPAINT". INSTEAD, THE SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT USED WAS "PROPERTY SOLUTIONS", WHICH IS A CHEAP COATING MOSTLY USED IN RENTAL PROPERTIES. 4) The sheen was to be satin. However, eggshell was used. 5) The paint was to be applied by spray. However, in some areas, a roller was used which left an uneven finish and roller marks. 6) Some areas were missed entirely. Smooth talkers, but beware."

"I had a crack in my stucco and some rockwork. Robs AI Stucco took down the rockwork (per my request) and stuccoed in that part. I also had them paint my whole house. The work was done very quickly, and it looks good. Rob was very good at communicating."
