"Mr Pulfor worked alone to clear accumulated debris off the roof and clean all the tiles. He made every effort to have all equipment he needed. He also made every effort to protect plants from soapy water and debris. We did not want power hose washing and did it all by hand with other appropriate , effective tools and biodegradable soap. The job took longer than estimated but he continued to work beyond his estimated maximum time for the job until the job was finished. He was thorough, honest, hard working and cleared and cleaned all debris from the roof which fell to the ground... The areas around the house were left cleaner than before he started. When he encountered a difficult section of the roof to work on he did not leave it undone but persevered till it was done. Mr Pulfor was a very pleasant person, eager to do the job well, honest and we are happy with the job done."
