Our current properties range from $1.6-5M, and some are often high end rentals for transitional athletes (Portland Trail Blazers, Timbers); we've never had any complaints with the finishes or quality of work, and Freestone does everything we need in high-wear environments quickly and affordably, and they work hard to accommodate our complex scheduling needs with seasonal and long-term tenants moving in and out. That said, weâ ve had a couple issues with scheduling, but theyâ re growing and busy, so the growing pains are understandable. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"
