"Doug is outstanding! I had a water heater go out in a laundry closet on a Saturday and once the appliances were out, the vinyl flooring was obviously in bad shape. I was DESPERATE to find someone who could replace the flooring before the water heater was reinstalled on a Wednesday. I had hit dead end after dead end ( unless we wanted to wait 2 weeks without hot water- not ! ). Doug was able to squeeze me in early on Tuesday morning. Then he and his subcontractors installed new vinyl plank floors and baseboards, quartz countertops and backsplash, new sink, faucet and disposal, and reinstalled our existing dishwasher.
