"Bob & Spencer arrived on time, were friendly & professional. Roy's protocol of notifying us in advance of their arrival with photos of who to expect was very comforting. They were efficient & kept us informed throughout the whole process of replacing all our plumbing & installing a new water heater. Bob found a better solution to replacing the pipe in the upstairs powder room. The walkthrough was thorough & comprehensive. All work was done in a day and a half & to our satisfaction. Great job guys & thank you to Roy's Plumbing!"
