In his initial visit he looked at the damage, and the surrounding area, and provided me with multiple options to correct the problem. He had researched Reverse Osmosis systems, and discussed a newer product that was infinately superior to my current system. He recommended updates to piping as I have an older home, and some older installations did not meet current code requirements. I found Eliot to me very knowledgable, prompt and trustworthy....I Highly recommend him!!!!"

"Technician arrived over 1 hour after the time given by office. Did not know the job specs that were given when appointment was set up. Had to return to shop as tech did not come prepared. When settling bill tech said $350. We explained that we should not have to pay road time for shop run. He called office and came back and said the cost was $350, taking the shop run off the cost. We stated that was the same cost. Tech said it was $75 for the shop run making the bill $425, so minus the $75 the bill was now $350. The cleaning of one pipe with no blockage should not be $425. Tech wore mask 2 out of the 3 times we conversed but the mask was not CDC approved, which means the customer isn’t protected. I think EcoClean needs to improve its communication with clients and needs to improve field tech and office communications."

"Jev, Richie, and Emily were all professional, and efficient. This bathroom was an old 70's bathroom with tile on the walls. We weren't sure what Jev would find, but he communicated with us every step of the way. He did a beautiful job. I would recommend him."

"We had a great experience working with Wes from Boynton Builders LLC! We had a pretty extensive basement remodel / conversion to living space project that we needed help on, and we are extremely happy all aspects of this project using Boynton Builders LLC. Wes responded quickly to a voice message I left, was able to quickly schedule a time to visit to discuss our intended Scope of Work (which also involved another project re-enforcing a carrying beam and support post in our detached garage) after which he quickly provided detailed quote that fortunately fell with our budget. We agreed to move forward, and Wes went to the Town Office for us and took care of the Building Permit and were able to start our project within a couple of weeks and the work proceeded at a good clip with every stage discussed being performed in the order identified from the onset. As the project progressed, we added an additional phase to the scope of work (Install Flooring and a new double door) and he quickly estimated the additional cost got the next phase into his schedule about a week after the completion of the first / original project. Throughout the whole project Wes was pleasant, professional, motivated and productive and open to any requests for change as the space began to be completed and new ideas came into play as we were better able to visualize the final result. Wes completed all of the work on time and within the budget/ and additional scope estimates. We already have the next project planned and will be using Boynton Builders LLC again. Any friends that have seen the completed project state that it is "an incredible transformation" and we are proud to welcome friends into a space that was once an embarrassment. I would also like to mention that I originally reached out and left the same voicemail (one right after the other) for three different contractors and Wes was the only callback received, and that was within a couple hours."

His extensive knowledge surrounding building practices, code, and materials made the process of building our home not only easy but actually enjoyable. He would arrive to work early each day and stay late when necessary to complete various aspects of the job...always with a smile and a positive attitude. Needless to say his work ethic is exceptional. His attention to detail and ability to problem solve on the fly as issues came up (they always do ) are exemplary. "Total Ripoff! My boiler stopped working the other day and my usual company was unable to come out due to being short-staffed that day. I resorted to google and unfortunately came across Aire Serv. Their technician (who was very nice) came out to assess the situation and determined it was caused by a damaged pilot assembly. After calling around for replacement parts, I was told that the parts were out of stock until later in the week. Despite this, I was still charged $234 for the trip fee and diagnostic fee. I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!"

"The owner was ablet o send me a estimate from my specifications and pictures.. He was here a week later to complete the work. He was polite, efficient, on time, explained everything, got the job done and cleaned up. He realized he h overcharged me and corrected the estimate. His price was half that of a large national company."
