Ken made sure that all entries possible for mice to enter are blocked or sealed regardless of where they are such as broken screens of my attic, the crawl space under my raised foundation, holes between the corners on the roof top... Ken also very patiently educated me what to watch out and what he had done during a walkthrough. His manager came over in the end to do a final check to ensure all entries are secured and all traps are set properly. 10 months later, a rodent got into our attic. This company kept their words and offered me their promised warranty free of charges. They diligently checked every possible entries and set traps. Finally, the rodent was caught.
