"The owner tells you what you want to hear and so does his girlfriend/wife that takes all the calls, it went from being an $11,000 job to $35,000 and then would leave young guys unsupervised on the job that really did not know what they were doing, my house in some spots looks like a kid did the caulking down the seams, very sloppy, my yard was left a mess with nails, insulation particles, crumbled stucco pieces, cigarette butts, they also damaged the inside of my house from the outside by putting holes through the sheetrock, they did put new Sheetrock and did a sloppy spackle job, now I have to get someone to sand and paint, I called to complain to the owner and the girl that takes all the calls, I was told the owner would come to my home and never showed up. I could go on and on even after all of that but I am sure you get the message by now, awful company, I thought I would get a reliable and reputable company going through Angi, I was so wrong."

"Dionis and team installed 4 sky lights a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks after our deposit for the skylights to be ready for installation, which is what Dionis told us to expect. While they were prepping the roof for the skylights, they saw water damage on the roof. This was not a surprise to us as the roof was due to be replaced. He gave a good rate to do the roof while doing the sky lights and within a week the roof and skylights were completed. The team was respectful of our property. It has been a few months now. We are happy with the Supreme skylights and glad we did the roof. No more leaks (the original problem that prompted replacing the skylights) and the view from the skylights looks great."

My calls were forwarded to voicemail and my texts were ignored. This has been going on since shortly after the roof was installed. Last week, I finally got the owner, Rudin, on the phone and he explained a tech had come but no one was present so he left. I explained that the date he said a tech came, had no evidence of that on the security footage. He was surprised... He then personally promised to be there in the next 2 days. Well, we are past that promised time frame once again and the roof continues to leak, sheet rock is more damaged, and they have not even come out once to at least look at it. I was mislead by the information provided about their company and time in business. The company was only set up 2 years ago, not 19 like they advertise, and both owners are in their mid 30's at best. That does not discount their ability, but it does question being in business for 19 years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Companies like this will pop up, do a large number of subpar jobs, and then disappear and reopen under a different name only to repeat the cycle."

"They showed to work when they were not supposed to. The roofer did not really speak English. He did not know what he was supposed to repair on the roofs. After back and forth we finally figured it out. He was there for 20 mins to repair 2 roofs. I called the owner and told him what happened. He said ok lets see if they leak. I called him back to tell him they both still leak. He said give me a few days. That was over a week ago. I left a message. Have not heard back. This company should NOT be in your list of professionals!"

"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and the Royal Pro Construction team."
