"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

"Excellent. The jobs came out looking great. The retaining wall was tied in to a set of abutting concrete steps very nicely. For the walkway, Sam even made an asphalt patch to the city sidewalk where the two met. Sam and his team were on time, worked neatly, cleaned up after the work was done. Sam was really responsive, very friendly, great attitude. I recommend highly."

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."

"I was getting water in the house from an ice dam and needed service asap.  I called the company in the morning and were told someone would be out in a few hours to look at it.  They were at my house within a few hours as stated.  I got a quote from Sean and found it to be reasonable, albeit slightly more than I really wanted to spend.  However, this is not a normal winter so I was expecting prices to be elevated for emergency service.  The cost of repairing water damage had I delayed would have been much higher for sure.
The crew worked quite fast and were very professional.  They finished up in about 3-4 hours.  I plan on having them quote a new roof and gutters in the spring.
